Fully Automatic Double Cylinder Wheel Press

Our fully-automatic double cylinder wheel press is the most advanced wheel press machine available on the market today. Available in capacities ranging from 200 to 600 US tons, this machine features a precisely positioned cylinder on each side of the machine along with our state-of-the-art measuring system that utilizes a high-tech servo system and a series of analog laser measuring devices to position each wheel-set component with high precision. A rotation device can also be supplied with the equipment to perform wheel back-to-back, axial run-out and radial run-out measurements after the mounting process has been completed.

Double Cylinder Wheel Press

The double cylinder wheel press features a pressing cylinder on each side of the machine to increase the cycle time and capabilities of the machine. Each cylinder is precisely positioned utilizing a pair of linear encoders. This machine can be equipped with several options, including a manual or automatic carrier, wheel-set lift table, gearbox jib crane, and more; making this machine a great option for transit rail maintenance facilities.

Fully Automatic Single Cylinder Wheel Press

The fully-automatic single cylinder wheel press features an automatic positioning measuring system. The location of the measuring system components is completed automatically by utilizing a high-tech servo system. The wheel-set component can be precisely positioned on the axle by the machine with a series of analog laser measuring devices. Utilizing a pair of sliding abutments, 180° rotation of the wheel-set is NOT required for mounting components on the opposing side of the axle.

Semi-Automatic Single Cylinder Wheel Press

The semi-automatic single cylinder wheel press features a manual positioning measurement . The location of the measuring system components are completed manually by the operator while the wheel-set component is precisely positioned on the axle automatically by the machine with an analog laser measuring device. Utilizing a pair of sliding abutments, 180° rotation of the wheel-set is NOT required for mounting components on the opposing side of the axle.

Single Cylinder Wheel Press

The basic single cylinder wheel press is the simplest and most versatile type of wheel press that we offer. This economical machine is capable of mounting and demounting operations on numerous configurations of wheel-sets. 180° rotation of the wheel-set is required for pressing components on the opposing side of the axle.
